Meet Slash.

Slash likes to eat. He enjoys breakfast, and, if time permits, he attempts to eat second breakfast a little later. Slash has furry feet and leathery soles that allow him to walk barefoot – quite useful if one is thinking of going on an adventure.

Before noon Slash prepares a snack for “elevensies”, followed promptly by lunch.

Slash is very quiet. It is easy for him to sneak around and go unnoticed if he so desires.

During afternoon tea Lockwood stops for a visit. It would be rude of Slash to be unprepared for afternoon tea, especially when visits are expected.

Slash is rather small, he is less than half the size of Lockwood, and Lockwood is still pretty small.

Before bed, there is supper.

Slash swears to me he is a pug, but I have my doubts. It seems to me that Slash has something of a hobbit in him.
